Unlike some private training companies, we are highly qualified teachers
Who were both graded “outstanding” by an Ofsted inspector. We deliver training with passion and enthusiasm and have the skills, expertise and techniques which will differentiate, stretch and challenge our learners giving everyone the digital skills they need to fully participate in society. Our training is bespoke. It is designed for an individual and/or group which draws from existing training resources but is intended specifically for the target audience. Their needs are investigated and defined first resulting in receiving relevant digital skills to enhance their work, improve productivity and save time.
We’ve launched a dedicated online platform to keep connected. This is the ideal place to meet like-minded professionals, learn skills and share knowledge.
We have recently gained accreditation from The British Computer Society; Chartered Institute for IT. BCS are globally recognised and deliver qualifications from over 200 countries. This means that we can now offer nationally recognised qualifications to all of our learners. BCS have offered the most popular qualifications, over many years, and now over 2 million people have studied for the ECDL course (European Computer Driving Licence), this is used as a benchmark for many employers, indeed over 75% of employers would not consider any candidate without any IT skills.
We will be offering the new Digital Literacy for Work qualifications which will raise the levels of IT literacy within communities. These qualifications are built with a focus on employment with all IT skills covered from email and e-safety to word-processing, video-editing and social networks. These qualifications are aimed at two levels:
- Entry level – qualifications designed for adults with no or little prior experience of using digital devices or the internet.
- Level 1 – qualifications designed for adults with some experience of using digital devices and the internet but lacking secure basic digital skills.
We will also, of course, offer ECDL which is available at different levels.
